  • County Buildings, Linlithgow

    Refurbishment and renewal of this category B listed building in the heart of Linlithgow. The works are currently on-site and due to be finished early in 2017. The resulting project will enhance the use of the building by the public and extend its life well into the future.

  • Office refurbishment, Milton Keynes

    A major phased refurbishment and renewal of a public sector administration building in Milton Keynes. Peters Hay Limited have been involved in the work since 2015.  The final stages are due to be completed by early 2018.

  • Rainbows, Little Baddow, Essex

    A new luxury, low energy house for a private client. 4,000ft2 including low carbon technologies and high levels of insulation and airtightness to achieve Code for sustainable homes level 5. Work to start on site mid 2015. The project was done using Revit 3-D collaborative software between architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer.

  • New electronics factory in The Home Counties

    A 65,000ft2 facility for development and production of electronics. The majority of the space is cleanrooms or specialist production processes. Further details are commercially confidential. Complete mid 2015.

  • New factory on industrial site in East Anglia

    A new facility for delivering a five-year contract in the defence sector. 35,000ft2 including specialist clean and surface treatment processes. Further details are commercially confidential. The project was completed in 2016.

  • Mid Calder sports pavilion, West Lothian

    A refurbishment of an old school to provide community facilities and sports changing rooms. Completed 2014.

  • West Lothian Primary School Kitchens

    New production kitchens in seven West Lothian primary schools to accommodate the new “free” school meals policy for years one to three. Work carried out between 2013 and early 2015.

  • British High Commission Bridgetown, Barbados

    Working for Mace, Peters Hay designed the MEP services for the extensive refurbishment of the BHC Commission in Bridgetown and supervised the works on-site. This project was successfully completed and handed over summer 2011.

  • Manchester Alliance Centre

    Peters Hay has completed the electrical design, and been involved in the site supervision of the fit-out of this city-centre church as classrooms and congregational space for the Manchester Alliance Centre.

  • Foreign & Commonwealth Office, King Charles Street, Courtyard Redevelopment

    This existing courtyard conversion on the corner of Whitehall and King Charles Street has been fitted-out as open-plan office space for the Olympic Delivery Team of the FCO. Working for Como, Peters Hay designed the services and supervised the works on-site. The project was handed over in January 2012.

  • Leamouth North Bridge

    Working for Structural Engineers, Davies Maguire + Whitby, Peters Hay has designed the lighting and electrical supplies to this proposed landmark hydraulic lifting bridge, to link the residents of Tower Hamlets, with the new development on the Leamouth Peninsula, Docklands, London.

    Lighting will be by state of the art, low energy, LED luminaires. Completed 2015.

  • Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Lancaster House, WC Refurbishment

    Working for Como, Peters Hay completed the MEP design for the refurbishment of the restrooms in this Grade 1 listed building, which is located on The Mall between St. James’s Palace and Buckingham Palace and is used extensively for government hospitality.

  • Looking Glass Books, Edinburgh

    Peters Hay designed the services for this independent book retailer in the prestigious Quartermile Development, on the site of the old Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Work is due to be completed in the summer of 2012.

  • British Embassy, Bratislava

    Working for Mace, Peters Hay have designed the building services for the relocation of the British Embassy in Bratislava, Slovenia. The work has stalled while property arrangements for the existing embassy building are made.

  • Arsenal FC Retail Store, Brent Cross

    This is the first off-site Arsenal store and will be in the highly successful Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Peters Hay has designed the servicing for the store in sympathy with the dazzling interiors designed by 442 Design. Completed 2012.

  • Fraser Suites, Glasgow

    The client is giving this ten year old fit out a refresh involving completely refitting the suites and providing comfort cooling in certain problem suites and circulation areas. The work took place in phases between summer 2012 and summer 2013.

  • Wellpark Brewery, Glasgow

    An exciting new visitor centre in this east end brewery will be provided in the old administration building. Peters Hay is responsible for the comfort cooling and heating to replace the existing equipment. Work was completed late 2012.

  • Borders Agency, Glasgow

    An upgrade and refurbishment of the heating and comfort cooling to this three-block government facility in Govan. Completed late 2013.

  • William Hulme’s Grammar School

    Peters Hay are now working on the services for the new 6th Form Centre at WHGS.
